The goal of Rock Falls Youth Football is to equip students with the skills needed to participate competitively in high school and beyond.

Students in grades 5-8 who reside in Rock Falls are encouraged to join the league.Teams are organized by grade level and play other area teams weekly, on Saturdays, in the late summer and fall.

In addition, cheerleading is an integral part of the program, and also organized by grade level 5-8.

Hinders Field is the home of the Rock Falls Rockets, and where all the practices and home games are held. It is located a few blocks from Rock Falls High School. The address of the field itself is 498 15th Ave, Rock Falls, IL 61071.
